As the price of fuel rises and our enviroment becomes increasingly threatened by the demands we as consumers place on it, it is becoming more and more important to find alterative sources of fuel – solar products are an excellent example of such a source.

The Government also recognises the need for affordable heating solutions that have a less damaging impact on our environment. As such they have introduced the ‘Home Information Pack’, which is to become part and parcel of the process of buying and selling houses.
It is within this pack that an ‘Energy Performance Certificate’ (EPC) can be found, which will furnish buyers with crucial information on how to improve the cost-efficiency of their heating, hot water and lighting whilst also reducing emmissions.
Indeed if just 1/5 of homeowners made the reccommended changes advised by the EPC it would amount to the equivalent of taking 100,000 cars off the road whilst also making a combined financial saving of an average of £100 million pounds a year.
