Environmental Policy

Established in 2006, The Solar Energy Centre caters for both the domestic and

commercial market in providing alternative technology for the provision of

hot water.

The Solar Energy Centre recognises that sustainability is an important consideration

within its organisation.

We are committed to using sustainable resources, such as paper from recycled sources

and managed forests.

We agree to adhere to all relevant aspects of legal and environmental legislation as a

minimal operating standard and implement any necessary controls to ensure this compliance.

We will continually improve our efforts through the training and increased responsibility

of our staff.

We are working towards the implementation of ISO14001 as the framework for all our continual improvements and targets, which will be measured and reviewed on a regular basis.

We will continually strive to conduct our operations in a manner that will prevent pollution and conserve resources.

We will develop our supplier and customer relations to promote environmental management, and we will encourage them to adopt sound environmental practices.
